What power ambitions can "juggle" the surface of the earth into hell.

When combined, the number of people who died at the hands of eight figures could wipe out the population of a small country.

Page Deutsche Welle made a list of eight leaders called the most ruthless dictators in world history.

They are:

1. Mao Zedong

Mao Zedong bloody hand of the Chinese people.

One of his political program, "Great Leap Forward" that is the launching in 1958 of cheating the economic model of the Soviet Union killed up to 45 million people.

Nearly 10 years later, he declared the Cultural Revolution in order to suppress the bourgeois culture. The yield is about 30 million people died.

2. Adolf Hitler

Not counting the crimes committed Adolf Hitler.

Germany's Nazi rulers ordered the slaughter of 11 million people, six million of them Jews.

He also dragged the world into a war that claimed up to 70 million lives.

Ironically, after the defeat, Hitler committed suicide for fear of being captured by the Soviet Union.

3. Josef Stalin

By Vladimir Lenin, one of the founders of the Soviet Union, Josef Stalin often behave labeled "rude".

The man who later led the Soviets against the Nazis in World War II was notorious against political enemies.

Carrying up to 20 million people died in the Gulag concentration camps for 31 years alias Stalin.

4. Pol Pot

The leader of the Khmer Rouge movement only takes four years to pulverize one million lives of Cambodians.

Most of the victims died due to starvation, torture in prisons, labor camps, or murder.

Having deposed as prime minister by Vietnam, Pol Pot waged a guerrilla war from the jungles of Cambodia until his death in 1998.

5. Saddam Hussein

Hatred Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein against the Kurds almost no limits.

During his reign from 1979 to 2003, there were up to 300,000 Kurds were killed at the hands of her followers.

Overall, Saddam was responsible for the deaths of nearly one million Iraqis.

He was hanged in 2006 after being deposed United States.

6. Idi Amin

During the seven-year reign, the third President of Uganda have killed more than 250,000 people through torture, assassination, and ethnic cleansing.

He later earned the nickname "Butcher of Uganda".

After stepping down, Amin fled to Saudi Arabia. Until his death, Idi Amin for many years lived in the best room at a luxury hotel in Jeddah.

7. Mengistu Haile Mariam

After dropping the kingdom of Ethiopia together with the Communist Party, Mengistu Haile Mariam launched a bloody campaign called "red terror" against political enemies.

During the two years between 1977 and 1978, it killed nearly half a million inhabitants.

Mengistu then put to death in 2006 by the Government of Ethiopia on charges of genocide.

He had fled to neighboring Zimbabwe to ask for protection.

8. Kim Jong Il

Just Kim Jong Il who knows how to kill millions of people and still revered as a god.

Because of the militarization of the economy and rampant corruption, no less than 2.5 million North Koreans died.

They were killed as a result of poverty and famine in the mid-1990s.

In the hands of "the Great Leader", a generation of North Korea impaired growth due to malnutrition.
